1. Processing Time






All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).





  • Orders placed after 5 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day

  • During high-demand drops, processing may take up to 5–7 business days






You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another once it ships.










2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times






Domestic Shipping (U.S.)





  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days






International Shipping





  • Delivery Time: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout












3. Order Tracking






Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.




Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the system.










4. Shipping Carriers






We partner with reliable carriers such as:

  • FedEx






Carrier selection depends on your location and chosen shipping method.










5. Delays & Issues






We don’t control the carriers — so if they mess up, it affects you and us.




Possible delays may occur due to:

If you enter the wrong shipping address, that’s on you.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages






Luxury Maniac is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.




If this happens:





  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • File a claim with them












8. International Duties & Taxes






International orders may be subject to:





  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Local taxes






These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.










9. Split Shipments






Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability.


You will receive separate tracking numbers if this happens.
