You’re buying into a brand, not just fabric. That said — if something’s off, here’s how we handle it.










1. Return Eligibility






We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.




To qualify:





  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required






If it looks worn, smells used, or comes back sloppy — it’s getting rejected.










2. Non-Returnable Items






We do not accept returns on:





  • Final sale items

  • Limited drops / exclusive releases

  • Gift cards






No exceptions. This protects the brand and keeps things fair.










3. Exchanges






Need a different size?





  • Exchanges are allowed once per order (subject to stock availability)

  • If your size is sold out, you’ll receive store credit instead












4. Refunds






Once we receive and inspect your return:





  • Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days






Shipping fees are non-refundable.




If your return doesn’t meet our standards, it will be sent back to you.










5. Return Shipping







  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service






If your return gets lost, that’s on the carrier — not us.










6. Damaged or Incorrect Items






If we made a mistake, we fix it.




If your item arrives:





  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Include:





  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue






We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund.










7. Late or Missing Refunds






If you haven’t received your refund:





  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Then reach out to us






Sometimes delays happen on their end — not ours.










8. Store Credit






In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund.




Store credit:





  • Never expires

  • Can be used on any future drop
